Colonel Pavlo Palisa is the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, responsible for defense and security. A former commander of the 93rd Mechanized Brigade in some of the fiercest battles of the war, he brings battlefield experience to shaping Ukraine’s defense reforms and fostering international security cooperation.
