Andrii Biletskyi is a Brigadier General, Commander of the 3rd Army Corps, founder and first commander of the Azov Regiment, and founder of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade. In 2014, under his command, the regiment took part in the liberation of Mariupol. In 2015, Biletskyi commanded the Pavlopil–Shyrokyne offensive operation. Following the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, he commanded the Azov–Kyiv unit during the defence of the Kyiv region. In 2023, he founded the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade and became its commander. In 2025, Biletskyi was appointed Commander of the 3rd Army Corps.
