Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, Vsevolod Chentsov, is a senior Ukrainian diplomat with nearly three decades of experience in Ukraine’s foreign service. He has held senior diplomatic positions in Ankara, Warsaw and Brussels and served as Ukraine’s Ambassador to the Netherlands. From 2021 to 2026, he was Head of the Mission of Ukraine to the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community. In July 2026, he was appointed Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, with responsibility for Ukraine’s foreign policy in areas including relations with the EU and NATO and international cooperation.
