Danylo leads the state-level integration of AI into Ukraine’s defense sector, driving the transformation of the Armed Forces into an AI-driven army. Heading the Defense AI Center "A1", he leads the R&D and deployment of AI solutions to provide the Ukrainian military with a strategic edge on the battlefield. Tsvok holds a PhD in Economics and has over 13 years of experience in tech and innovation management. Prior to his role at the Ministry of Defense, he served as the Chief AI Officer at the Ministry of Digital Transformation, steering national AI projects.
